Steve is a Tax Partner with CPA designation in Georgia, North Carolina, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, and more than 25 years of experience helping executive teams navigate complex tax, regulatory, and financial issues across the finance, manufacturing, retail, and utilities sectors. He focuses on integrating tax strategy into broader business and capital allocation decisions, with an emphasis on risk mitigation, cash tax optimization, transaction support, and the tax implications of operational and structural change. In addition to his client advisory role, he serves as a faculty member at the University of the Virgin Islands, teaching Accounting and Tax. This dual lens as practitioner and educator enables him to distill evolving tax and regulatory developments into clear, decision-ready insights that support strategic planning, governance, and long-term value creation.

Over his career, he has led tax compliance and planning for consolidated corporations, S corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, and high net worth individuals, with a focus on managing risk, optimizing cash tax outcomes, and supporting broader business and wealth objectives.
